Blaze -- how exactly did that originally get sent if it's Amish?
I think it was the magic of the Amish. I'm assuming it was originally sent to a Mennonite. ;)

I recommend against telling her the story where you come out of a closet.

I'm being syn flooded. Or at least some form of a lame DDoS. Because my router log is filling up with 'ICMP Packet Dropped' 'UDP Packet Dropped' 'Possible Port Scan' etc.

Sounds more like somebody screwed up and ip or port, particularly since you're running a CS server.  Routers/Firewalls/IDS's tend to over-emphasize events, expecting the human to be able to filter out what's really happening.

Or even like he just turned off the CS server for a bit...

I've only (from my experiences) seen a SYN flood occur with TCP/IP packets
