I also have quit smoking cigarettes habitually.  It's been since summer of last year since I've had one.  I have had cigars since then, but hey, you don't inhale (the clinton defense!) with cigars.

Cigars are a status symbol, no?  There is no need to inhale if you have a good cigar..you look UBER cool!

The only friend I know who has inhaled cigar smoke got high off it, then again the room was hotboxed with all manner of things so it might not have just been that. Either way, it can't be good for you, but he didn't get sick.
