Last....spring? semester I had AP Calc test, AP History test, AP music theory class, car accident & sat there jsut enjoying being not dead....I thought I was doing pretty good.

Har, yes, I'm weak. Actually, I took yesterday off from going to the gym and was feeling pretty sick, it does have it's purposes (and serves them quite well).

We're not all in the same situation Picking up an old habbit again? Hardly, it's a quick, temporary, easy solution, and I'm all out now

23rd: 18 smokes
24th: 2 smokes (this is the day I started trying to quit)
25th: 1 smoke

Future smoke plans:

26th: 1 (But hopefully none)
27th: NONE --- OR I WILL TAKE MY LIFE (and everyone elses')

18 is nothing I nopeople who are smoking around 3 packs aday.

up here in canada, our packs are 25.  I knew of quite a few people that smoked at least a pack a day.  My uncle used to smoke up to 3 some days...but then he quit!
