Today was awesome. The weather was perfect this morning, and we got to sail by ourselves. It's so much easier not worrying about another person, and getting to do what you want when you want. This afternoon the waves were a bit choppy, but it was still pretty decent. Sucks tommorow is the last day.

A side note, my grandparents are up here as my grandfather was closing (he got the check yesterday) on a property that he'd been trying to close on for a few months now with the buyer. So, after 37 years in the business, my grandfather is no longer a landlord. He started buying, renting, and selling property in 1968. It sucks for him since he loses a lot of taxcuts now since he's no longer considered a small business so he can't write gas and stuff off as an expense when he comes up here and such.
