Yes, 5-10 is generally allowed...but since I'm in a class I'm supposed to you know...not break the law.

Here, you can safely go 5-10km/s over (2-5mph) without worrying, except for photo radar.  The rule of thumb is 10%.

I just go 70mph everywhere > 55mph. Not the smartest idea but I get where I am going. My friends always yell at me. I got pulled over and only got a warning because it was my birthday , and I have been trying to go like 5 over or so. But I have a foot made of a dense solid with an atomic mass of 259. So, yeah. Once I was going 90 down the highway without realizing it...
