iCe

iCe hugs is 20 mb/s down and 5 mb/s up FiOS connection :D

Barabajagal

It doesn't seem fair that there's that much of a difference. Right now I'm stuck on 1.5 kb/s download dial up, for $10 a month. If I lived within 2 miles of town, I could get DSL for $2 more a month, and it'd be 200-400 kb/s. Then there's Fiber Optics, Cable, T1, T3, T10, and a host of other broadband connections.

Hell-Lord

I can't wait till i get a faster connection i have been on dial-up for like 9 years :(
maybe even more  :'(

<--- <3's his FIOS connection too. There's nothing like downloading a 1 hour TV show on a torrent within 15 minutes.

But if you hate me for having FIOS, please take comfort in the fact that I have burned my right index finger while cooking Spam. (Did I mention I can't find my way around the kitchen?)

I love my 100mbps uni connection.
It's wonderful being an undergraduate student in grad student labs. :)

I just ate some delicious subway, and I'm eating their cookies.

I've always wondered the same.... Stupid hebrews.!!!

For the record, I'm the least hebrew person there is. Ham is great, as well as pork. Eating them on Friday is better. Porking your girlfriend is great too, even if you're not married, and work gives me good hours because I work Sundays (okay, I actually don't work Sundays, but you get the point).

Joe: wtf does 'יוני שווה אהבה' mean?

"Yoni equals love."

EDIT -
I actually had that written on my timecard at work once in place of a name, although I doubt I got it right (it was from memory).

[13:41:45]<@Fapiko> Why is TehUser asking for wang pictures?
[13:42:03]<@TehUser> I wasn't asking for wang pictures, I was looking at them.
[13:47:40]<@TehUser> Mine's fairly short.

I've been meaning to post this video for a few weeks now but never got around to figuring out how to convert Windows Media Center files into h.264... Anyway this is a interview with the U.S. Comptroller General (wiki) [also see: Goverment Accountability Office] on 60 minutes (Video).

So... anyone know any good countries to move to in about 10 years? I'm considering The Netherlands.

Barabajagal

Somewhere with a sea level above 300. Use Google Earth to scout out land and population density, then do some research on the peoples of the area. I'd recommend Ireland, Canada, Japan, Germany, and Finland, depending on your tastes.
