Whey Protein is good. I drink protein shakes sometimes after swim practice, and it really helped. I noticed results too.

I was arm wrestling today @ school and I was pwning some bitches yo.

I don't get why you're all after UserLoser for his weight; at times I have been thinner and still reasonably healthy.

I was simply correcting him. :P

Stricty whey protein shakes won't help gain weight. Protein helps to solidify muscles. You'll need to eat a lot of chicken. Chicken and other foods will help gain muscle, and the shakes helps those muscles solidify and heal.

A straight protein shake diet will actually make you lose weight.

I don't understand, considering protein shakes are just giving you an immediate source of protein (which is what you're getting with chicken.) The difference is the shake is liquid and moves into your blood quicker than the solid chicken would. When your muscles are ripped and then drenched with blood carrying the nutrients for repair, the liquid source would arrive before the solid.

I took my grandmas camera and uploaded the pictures on it from Australia onto Webshots. If anyone would like to see them (some of them are actually really nice shots, I'm using one as my wallpaper. However others are just general touristy types.) here's a Link

Also, our swim team warmup suits came in today. Here's me in mine! (Yeah, my hair is way messed up. After practice I didn't comb it and when I got home I didn't comb it, 3ish hours later I still hadn't combed it...and my grandma wanted a picture of me in my warmup suit. haha.)

CrAz3D

Cool.
I'd like to see New Zealand & the ocean(never been to ANY ocean except while in NYC in late novemeber).

Pictures were nice, but nothing you can't find in New Mexico/Arizona/California  (I mention Cali for the ocean)

And that is why America is beautiful, we have a taste of everything here.

But I haven't been to the west side of the country, so I haven't seen it. My grandparents spent time in New Mexico/Arizona/that area and apparently Australia was better than that.

CrAz3D

I want to see New Zealand.  Australia looks pretty, don't get me wrong, but it can't be much better than what we have.  VERY few things top the Grand Canyon, like maybe 6 things ;)

I've been to both Australia and New Zealand a couple of summers ago, both are very beautiful, Melbourne is like Vegas, filled with casinos. The beach at Sydney has pure white sands and the water is so blue and clear. New Zealand is very mountainous, the air is feels so pure. Wish I could go back again one day.

I wish I could get out of the country, but with everything that's going on now, it's practically impossible.  For future reference though, I'll make note of going there for vacation or something.
I'm awake in the infinite cold.

[13:41:45]<@Fapiko> Why is TehUser asking for wang pictures?
[13:42:03]<@TehUser> I wasn't asking for wang pictures, I was looking at them.
[13:47:40]<@TehUser> Mine's fairly short.

If by practically impossible you mean getting a passport & an airline/boat ticket, then yeah, its practically impossible to leave on a whim...you can leave after you get your passport though.

So I happened to see some car keys to a Jeep Cherokee on my dads dresser today, I'm pretty sure they're for me. haha. I don't know if it's a grand or regular.
