Yeah, it's even more funny when you know that blowing those little rats up could help prevent you from having to shoot a horse because it broke its leg in their hole.

On my grandparents farm, they had to kill one of their horses because it broke its leg in a prarie dogs hole. I guess they can't breath when they're laying on their lungs like that, since they're so heavy. "ranch doctor" guy said it would take too long for equipment or whatever to get there that could lift the horse up so they gave it a shot or something. i dunno, i only heard stories, but WHATEVA.

I think the neighbors would compain if they saw me doing it  I do not ive on a farm or anything... I live in a neighborhood in the suburbs. It is full of minivan moms with 50 kids each, and they care very much about people doing urban hunting.

People here think its funny if they see a pink squirell (me and paintball gun). All those minivan moms live in toronto where looking at a bird in the wrong way could get you attacked. (I saw it happen... stupid animal rights people..)

Once a year me and my buddies plan a trip to south dakota in search of prairie dogs and massive carnage, each year we're not let down =p, Usually the farmers there will let you shoot em for free and some even buy you lunch since those things are such a pest there. I have our last trip on tape, it's fun watching a .308 going into one dog and seeing two or three explode with it.

Its fun just shooting at stuff, as long as there is no metal objects that make it boune back. I successfully killed 12 golphers each hour (Wish I could have gotten more, but they get scared so I have to more to another area), for 5 hours this summer, what are some of your killing records?
