FREE visual basic interpreter

There is a little known VB5.0 interpreter called Visual Basic Control Creation Edition.  You can't use it to make .exe files, and it's probably missing some functuality, but it's a great program to learn on.  You can get it here:

Free of charge!  And it's only 7.13MB download or 7.83MB installed, so it's a good deal!

I believe it lacks the ability to make Exe files.

It's probably missing some features.
And I doubt you can make executables with it.

Yeah that's the only thing missing from what I could tell, it is also available on microsoft.com.

Since it's probably missing functionality, it might even be free....  And that would make it something good to learn on!
