what is the next number in the pattern( X )

this one stumped me

..but I know it now

64 I belive.
19 -> 24 = 5
24 -> 31 = 7
31 -> 40 = 9
40 -> 51 = 11
51 -> 64 = 13

It's got to be 64.
16 doesn't work with that, except for 16*4
