QuoteRNC spokeswoman Tracey Schmitt said: "On a day when Americans are focused on the legacy of Martin Luther King, Hillary Clinton is focused on the legacy of Hillary Clinton."
I couldn't agree more w/that quote.

How are you going to blame a friggin hurricane on Bush!?
I agree, he hasn't done the best job ever, but time after time he is being blamed for things unimaginable.

QuoteClinton also offered an apology to a group of Hurricane Katrina survivors "on behalf of a government that left you behind, that turned its back on you."

Ouch, that's harsh.

[13:42:03]<@TehUser> I wasn't asking for wang pictures, I was looking at them.

Thing, she is apart of the government too, hmm.
Wonder why she personally wasn't making sure FEMA was in tip top shape.  I say screw her, screw katrina, screw New Orleans (not the people of there, just the stupidly built city itself) & THANK YOU Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Bush should be king.
WTF?
Maybe somebody needs to take a class on sarcasm.

I was being serious...
sarcasm again, I assume/hope

No, not really. Maybe "king" is pushing it, but I've taken such a strong liking to that man I dread the day when he is no longer my President. I wish there was something that could be done to keep him as our leader for years to come (until I'm of age, of course. :P)
Change is nice always
No it's not. Change is evil, it corrupts our morals and kills babies. Won't somebody please think of the children??

The people of La where given plenty of notice and where provided transportation out of the state, it is not Bush or FEMAs fault that the residents are stupid.  Actually, I take that back, it is.  Maybe they should require more out of their teachers and up the education budget.

Somehow I don't think education played a role in whether or not people left New Orleans...

In addition, the federal education budget has hit record highs under Bush. Too many spending items have hit record highs under Bush, but that's just my opinion.. :)

Yes, but as most teachers I have talked to about it pointed out, the budget is not being spent properlly.  You could throw $1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 at a problem, but if you aren't really working on the problem the money is going to waist.

However, the education comment was sort of a joke.  The people that did not leave NO are morons, there was adequate notice and transportation to leave the city.  The people that choose to stay are those that didn't feel like leaving for what ever reason.
