If I remember correctly, this is what happened:
a teenage boy was complaining to the doctors about stomach pains.  They did an ultrasound and discovered a (dead) partially formed foetus inside him.  Turned out his mother had twins, and one growing child absorbed the other.

Well, this is another case of the same general thing (I think)...I heard that this one was a 1yr old child with his sibling inside him (this kid looked younger than 14 too)
