How do you send $10 US to Yoni in Israel?

Easy.  Send me $25, and I'll make sure he gets $10 of it.

But how would you get the money to Yoni?

Edit: Even if I had one, I would need a U.S. bank account to withdraw money into, since Israel is not a PayPal "withdrawal country".
