Ok for the average you need to do 90 situps, good ones not half assed, but they all gotta be done differently, the first 30 upper stomach, the other 30 lower, and the rest both.

And running helps alot, so does swimming.

Getting off-topic with the whole exercise thing.

I quit cold-turkey, its not hard.

Some people are born with addictive personalities. I for one.

Addiction: the habitual psychological and physiological dependence on a substance or practice beyond one's voluntary control.

Deciding to just quit all of a sudden, and being able to act upon that decision wouldn't mean you're addicted, would it?  Because quitting is purely psychological, and you were able to do it just like that, it leads me to believe that you weren't addicted to begin with.

Don't take this personal, I'm just wondering how it's possible.

I have since I was 13. Smoke bud too.

He obviously doesn't mean a carton.  If it were a carton, he'd be dead, or at the very least, lucky enough to continue smoking out of his neck like Debbie.  I agree with you that a pack sounds more logical.

This suit doesn't seem like smokers sueing because they got sick. I agree, if that were the case, it would be silly. This case looks like people sueing because they feel they were misled by devious marketing. I don't see anything wrong with that.

The devious marketing being the fact that they have "light" cigarettes, which are just as bad for you as regular ones.

I remember that some packs here have a picture of "Cyanide light" on the front, with the message "it'll still kill you."  I don't think they regular packs in the US, but here they have gross pictures of lungs and teeth and limp cigarettes on packs here, which make me laugh.

assuming you stay up 16 hours in a day, which is about average, that is 12.5cigs an hour.  No one smokes that much, you would get sick, and even if you didn't, no one needs that much nicotine a day, and even if they did, you would be smoking every 5 minutes.  That is the epitome of chain smoking on a whole new level.

I know some one who smokes atleast 5-6 ciggerattes in an hour, and stays up for atleast 18 hours.
