I need to start reading more...I need an interesting author...I also need to get into better shape (my upper body, lower is fine)

Like I said, you're probably okay...you probably just use the computer too much.  Try decreasing your time on the computer everyday just slightly.  Exercise to keep yourself in shape man...getting extra muscle isn't really useful unless you like, I don't know, lift heavy stuff...  I don't suppose you lift heavy stuff no?

I lift heavy stuff ocassionally.  I'm perfectly fine now, I'd just like to look better & have a bit more arm muscle is all.  Most of the work out my arms get is typing, turning pages, filing folders, etc...

I run/walk bike ride for legs & ocassionaly do situps but I've noticed I am loosing it around  the waist...I acredit this all to my laziness & the entertainment my computer gives me instead of working out.  Oh well, GO WILLPOWER!

QuoteEvery generation of humans believed it had all the answers it needed, except for a few mysteries they assumed would be solved at any moment. And they all believed their ancestors were simplistic and deluded. What are the odds that you are the first generation of humans who will understand reality?

After 3 years, it's on the horizon.  The new JinxBot, and BN#, the managed Battle.net Client library.

You might like Benjamin Franklin's "The Art of Virtue," very rational indeed and perhaps will aid you in improving yourself further.
