Blizzard techinal support do not get punished for flooding.  If they did, it would make for very poor customer service communication.  Sometimes they need to paste a lot of text in the channel.

Was refering to the last three lines lol normaly when somone is kicked the last thing you actually see is the You were kicked broadcast, then again I haven't been in a channel where that many people got kicked all at once in a long time lol. was only a few ms. anyhow.
