I challenge you to find a website belonging to one of the following top level domains:

  • .biz
  • .info

That is:

  • Popular or semi-popular
  • Not pr0n
  • Nice (not malicious)

Those top levels are banned on a lot of firewalls by default because they're nothing but porn/hacker sites/etc.
This'll make an interesting test for broken AV:
