Was it explained to him by a member or administrator the things he is doing that are bannable?  I have not, and do not know if someone else has done so.  If he were abusing blatantly, sure, no warning.  But the forums are not the same as the channel.  I think in the forums, if we want people to use them, we have to be more lenient than we might in the channel.  Give people an explanation sometimes of what we expect.  Then if he cannot adjust, ask him to leave, by force if necessary.
