[VB] Create Game, Add to GameList

Ive been wanting to Create a game, but also add it to the game list. Most open source projects don't do this. They just simply create the game. Ive packet logged this and only got a few things out of it. I've also searched the forums and found samples of creating a game, but none of these add to game list, any help please?
