Where can public BinaryChat Plugin's be downloaded from? The ones from both http://www.valhallalegends.com/pub/BCP/ and http://www.valhallalegends.com/spht/plugins/ are currently unavailable, and I was wondering where I could access them?

Sounds like something misconfigured on the server.  We'll look into it.
