Ah, they calculate the probability of producing an alphabet, but they don't do any corresponding calculations for amino acids. The numbers may be very difference because of the huge amount of molecules existing in the world, the amount of time there's been to evolve, and the number of possible amino acids.

They have only one correct answer, they produce combinations at a relatively limited speed, they have a very limited number of units performing combinations, and they haven't been running for as long as the earth has existed.
