That doesn't make any sense Feanor. Denial hasn't been banned from the forum from what I can see. Also, "fishy" is posting on the BattleCenter forums. If it was Denial, why wouldn't he just be using his own name?

No idea, but Denial is the only one who "downloaded" the source codes. It makes sense that Denial would post the sources on his own forum, where no moderators can delete it.

I haven't seen Skywing or Yoni around to either confirm or deny that he has any of the code he says that he has. Do either of them plan on making some sort of a statment?

[sarcasm]What a mature way to handle finding a exploit in the [vL] server...[/sarcasm]

You should actually look from their view; they probably spent a lot of time and effort into making that program, and you just rip off all that benefit to spread it. I hope you feel real accomplished from doing all this, because it's not fair.

Edit: This may just as well be his refuge -- a way to simulate his loss and fate of gamerbot; it was leaked to the public.

Would you feel the same way if this was about your personal life? Eg, what your name is, what your social security number is, who you screwed last night, how many times you masturbate in a week, what your passwords are, what your income is, your criminal record, etc...?

And I'm not referring to just one or two of those, I'm meaning... would you feel the same way if ALL of that information (and much more) was public knowledge?

Let's see, most people know my name, I don't have my SSN handy, nobody, can't count that high, no, not enough, blank, etc.

I doubt you could copyright something technically illegal such as BNLS.
asdf.

iago

Ouch, I can't wait to see replies to that.

First, it's not illegal.  Making a bot is not illegal.  Yes, it violates their EULA, but that doesn't make it illegal.

Secondly, as soon as somebody writes software it's copyrighted unless they state otherwise.  Stealing software = copyright violation.

I welcome somebody else who knows more about this to reply, though :)

Illegal reverse engineering techniques were used to create the BNLS server.
