Hmm, so who might need to buy themselves stuff for their army... The palestines perhaps?

I dunno about you but I've always thought my back yard could use a 101mm cannon.

I don't think they have a port.  A submarine might be hard to hide within their borders.

Thing

Ooooo you could bury it and use it for a bomb shelter.  Leave the guns exposed to deter those that may wish to invade your privacy.
That sucking sound you hear is my bandwidth.

Ah, but it being in port wouldn't actually be happening, it'd obviously be out hunting day and night.

Good luck dry-docking for repairs without a port.  Good luck fueling and supplying.  Might be rather difficult to load weapons too.

Repairs? These are palestinians! All they need is to load that one nuke on it, there'll be no need of repairs after it's been in combat.

Hazard

I'd rather buy a US SeaWolf class nuclear attack submarine... but they are a little pricey and it might be hard to convince the government to let me have one.
