I am curious if anybody on the forum does any assembly coding for embedded realtime applications.  I'm talking about platforms that have no Operating System and are not conventional desktop/server microprocessors.

To clarify what I'm not talking about.

SPARC - Lovely processors made by Sun
PPC - What current macs use.
x86 - Duh!

What I am talking about

PIC
68k - Only when used for embedded purposes
6502

Adron

I do some PIC programming for fun.

Lots of things seem to use ARM, StrongARM, XScale, etc.
