This happened THIS year, not fifty or a hundred years ago.  This is a demonstration of the power and corruption of the IRS.  At every turn, this man was not given a fair trial.

What do you expect in a country where you are guilty until proven innocent.
Bah, it's supposed to be the other way huh. If your in the wrong place at the wrong time you better get a real attorney to prove your innocence or your going to jail or in this guys case your going anyway.
