For a day or two it was logging in, connecting, and disconnecting like a minute later. Works now... weird.

It's doing it again...

Check to see if you have it set to use the proxy server.  This was fixed awhile ago, but IIRC there was an issue with PNG/QNG and the HTTP proxy support which caused the proxy to hang up on you.

I'm not using the Proxy server, just checked. The main server I connect to is messenger.hotmail.com.
