Hello everyone... I am eNCoDe. I am in Exile on uswest and have been programming in Visual Basic for about 4 months. I have written a binary bot called Phantom Chat wich I will release in a few weeks once I get all the bugs out. . I am still learning Visual Basic so some help here will be very much appriciated!
