Hmm, is Bnetdocs still around? Does it still force people to register to see the content? If so, why? It sounds like the Patriot Act where the government tries to monitor who is reading what. Real Farenheit-451 stuff.

Bnetdocs is a great source so you deserve much credit for it. Is it just me, or do others find it very slow to navigate/access?

Big difference: The govornment has no business prying into our personal business without a warrant (see: Fourth ammendment). However, BnetDocs is private and therefore does not fall under the Fourth Ammendment's scope -- this was an intentional part of the ammendments. The Patriot Act to me -- even as an admitted Libertarian -- is in clear violation of the Fourth Ammendment, as it bends the definition of probable cause, while BnetDocs is not.
By the way, the reason Bush can get around the Fourt Ammdendment is because he issued an Executive Order allowing warrents to be issued under new conditions for new reasons affecting larger areas; I won't get too specific as it is not relevant.

Fourth Ammendment: "The right of the people to be secure in their persons houses and papers against unreasonable search and seisures shall not be violated and no warrent shall issued but upon probable cause." Simply put, it is our right to privacy.
