Invert, I wouldn't be so quick to rush people onto the server.  If Admin indicates there is any problem with bandwidth for his paying customers because of Counter-Strike, it will be trimmed back or worse.

FYI.

If bandwidth were to become a problem, we can fix that by reducing maxrate for clients. I don't know what it's set to by default but by reducing that we could reduce the bandwidth use per player. And of course - like invert said - we could also reduce the maximum number of players.

300 kb/s in and out.  This is not a problem.
I will reschedule a 9:00 p.m. CST task to off peak times.
This will reduce that lag that you are getting at that time.
