This is me driving at night: http://realityripple.com/Uploads/Pub/SUNP0006.AVI

This is me leaving work today, after about 3 minutes in I'll be on the highway. Everything looks slower on camera, at a few points there are no cars in the way and I'm going about 100mph -- it looks more like 60mph.

Carputer? No clue what that is and I'm not going to bother looking into it.
I just bought a low cost video camera designed for use in a car and I got it from a poor country (other than the USA). Cost $75 after shipping.

It sounds like a portmaneau of car and computer. So I'd say it's logical to define a carputer as a computer set up in a car.

That makes it seem as if you're talking about a specific kind of car with technological tidbits such as computers throughout, and not just a small form factor computer to use in a car, which is the kind of meaning that would be ascertained from 'carputer'.

btw: my 900th post! woot!
