Thought i'd take the time to clear some false information up....


1) There are no "Bot Rules" aside from what's listed in the ToU/EULA. That being said, to be very general, it's basically "No Warring". i.e, "No Spamming, Loading", etc. I'm sure you all get the point. That's referring to Chat Bots though, gameplay bots are illegal.

2) Idles are allowed... I don't know where you heard they weren't. As long as you don't have an idle/greet/depart message in Public Channels (Blizzard Tech Support, channels like that). It has nothing to do with being a bot, they just don't want spam in their public channels. In private channels (Clan/Op/Private), you can do whatever you want.
