I almost wonder if it'd be more fun to play on a non pvp server. World pvp is fun on pvp servers, but it rarely ever happens. I know once my warrior hits 70, I won't mind the mass gankings that go on in Zangar, on Illidan, though.

I just bet PvE is better on non-pvp servers.

Oh this is one of my favorite screenshots.  I doubt many of you know who Elitist Jerks are, unless you're a hardcore player, but they're one of the top guilds in the world.  We ran across them a few weeks ago in Warsong Gulch, and here is the result:

Not only did we not lose a game that day, we didn't give up a single flag capture in about 8 hours.

I signed up for Burning Crusade trial over the holidays and played a bit of battlegrounds.  It seems to be great for casual gamers.  I can do a couple battlegrounds a day and get gear from vendors, avoiding hours-long raid instances and long boring quests

Trial is over now.  Convinced myself out of subscribing again

Think you have to at least be a certain level (not sure what) to get items with honor. That'd mean you wouldn't be able to escape the quests.

Yes, that's the middle of Shattrath City. We had people shouting that GMs must have decided to bring elites to attack A'dal. It was funny.
