Web Channel Not Online

I have previously registered my channel and everything worked fine up until the new StarCraft update. I have switched to D2 and everything works properly and connects but the web channel is offline. Do I have to re-register? If not, how can I fix this. Any help is greatly appretiated! Thanks!
