Sorry don't know where to post this, but is there a mIRC massbot that loads off proxies and connects to a server? Thanks!

wow, Im not sure your gonna get anywhere with that. Did you try google?  Look here, http://www.irchelp.org/.  You have better chances of learning how to make your own then someone just saying "HERE IS THE KEY TO GO ACT UBER COOL".
