limit/graph question

could someone explain how to find the limit of the function as x approaches 3? i seem to be having trouble with this since im not given the function, just the graph. incase anyone is wondering about the drawing, the function is suposed to be intercepting the graph at (1,0), the rest is pretty accurate.  thanks!
