SphtBotv3 help please

SphtBotv3 does not work for me..
well most of bot dont work for me.. i figured its because I have korean unicode set as main in windows xp setting..
I tried with applocale(english) still does not work..

am I doing something wrong or.. its just my system not compatible to run bot?
is there fix to it?
is there bots where I can use bots compatible with Korean unicode?
