Secure Servers Problem

Hey i was wondering if anyone has had this problem before with secure servers. Seems like everytime i try to log in a secure server like, key.com, netflix.com or anything like that i just get a cannot find page? Im not behind a firewall other then my router and ive never had the problem until i put win2000 on my computer. Anybody got any suggestion on why i cannot log in them? It lets me log onto my yahoo mail and sites like that but not those ones....

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Try restoring default settings in internet connections and so forth.
