SB3: BotNet /bnd Protocol Violation?

I've sent /bnd thousands of times, and this only happened once. I don't think I can reproduce it, either.

Let's see.  Id is BNC_004 which is notification of command over botnet.  So wouldn't that be a /botnet or /broadcast?  Those commands are used for sending command notifications to autobots on botnet.  /bnd is used for chatting.

Error codes for BNC_004 don't seem to be documented.  Are you able to connect to botnet again?
