 uh looks like you forgot to put that .dll in your windows folder, i think Stealthbot.net has some of the missing files, also shows you how to put them in and where.

MyStiCal's correct, except it's an .ocx not a .dll.

Download RICHTX32.ocx and place it according,

For Windows 95-2000:
%WINDIR%\System\

For Windows XP Home, Windows NT, and Windows XP Pro:
%WINDIR%\System32\
