(Actually, I think it's tommorow, but we celebrated today by reading the preamble..as required by the federal government things to Bush's bill in 2004. I love this idea.)

Can you give a summary of the bill you mentioned?  I'd Google it but I don't feel like reading through the crap and I'm sure it'll come up in this thread anyway.  It sounds interesting and I'm surprised I haven't heard of it.
