Play 1.6 Arta. I would play CS:S, but I only get 15 FPS in CS 1.6

Nah. Now that I'm used to css, playing 1.6 is just horrible.

Unless that buddy is in europe, its going to lag.

He has servers in London, Arta shouldn't experience too much latency.

I know, we've tried to play before. But, I'm quite sure he (my friend) wouldn't mind hosting a server for you at no cost.

Also, move to North American, preferably Canada
