UT2K3 is pretty good, although it's basically the same game.  It adds some new guns and some new game styles.  They did a good job of keeping the old guns pretty much the same.  The graphics are amazing but I still think CS is a better game .

At least in the demo, the old guns really sucked IMO (especially the shock rifle!)...
