It looks more like a freestyle bike than a BMX bike. In BMX you don't need the special wiring so your handle bars can go all the way around (forgot what it is called, a gyro[?], it's been so long ), nor do you need pegs. In fact, pegs are usually against the rules to having in BMX racing. I never really liked Mongoose since I was more of a dirt jumper and mongoose forks tend to bend easily.

My bmx does jumps and everything though (always likes to flip me over and crack my neck haha )

I like your bike, but i like mine more.

I got mine for street riding, mostly, and I'm pretty sure that if I did a jump it would fall apart.  Something about 260 pounds landing on a bike that it probably wouldn't like.

I am.  It's a genetic thing, as far as I can tell.  I've been riding 30 km/day for the last 3 months, and my weight is unchanged.

I had a moongoose and hated it.  I prefer schwin or specialized personally.

I purchased a schwinn from a local chainer (walmart? not sure). It rode like a badass.
