Embedding PHP/HTML into Flash

R.a.B.B.i.T/Warrior and myself have started a PHP Dev team, which can be found at www.liquid-dev.org (beta site at www.liquid-server.org/newco) and for our contact form, I have created a PHP driven form and I want it to be called from or embedded into the Flash template. Thoughts?
