Starting VB

Interested in learning VB. I'm fairly new at it. I've just been reading up on Variables.  Im trying to learn a little bit more about Winsock. HOWEVER, im not an average VB beginner DUMBASS that wants to make a bot the second they hear about VB W/O LEARNING THE LANGUAGE!! . Any suggestions about things I could make with such fields: Variables, little winsock knowledge, etc??

And if you just search on http://msdn.microsoft.com you will find everything you need about variables, as well as everything else you need to know about for starting VB6.

A google search can be just what you need somtimes
