Of course opinions can be wrong.  In my opinion, my laptop is secure.  If it gets hacked, then obviously my opinion was wrong.

Opinions can never be right or wrong.  You're still able to have the opinion that your laptop is secure even if it is compromised.  When it is, you only re-evaluate your previous opinion.  In other words, you simply change your  mind.  Secure defined by you isn't necessarily secure defined by another.

In my opinion, even facts are debateable mainly because all facts eventually rely on shaky assumptions.  But I won't get into that

Facts are meaningless. You could use facts to prove anything that's even remotely true.
