If you want to program in C++, go download a C++ compiler. C++ is not a physical object you can go buy at the store.

Or you could legally and freely download MinGW and the associated IDE Dev-C++.  I'm not sure about the IDE, but the compiler core is quite small, and can be readily downloaded without a cable connection.  Also, piracy is frowned upon on these forums.  Consider this your second warning from a moderator.
