System Errror &H80070583 (-2147023485). Class does not exist.

I ran my application with full compile and it worked fine. I then actually compiled and ran it and that's what came up. I've restarted my entire computer and it still occured. How do I fix it?

There's is no code..This is what I recieve after I've compiled it and I run it outside of VB6 IDE.

I have found the problem but I can't seem to fix it. If I create a combo box this error occurs although it maybe because of my friends code which alters the GUI of the application heavily. Just a guess since when I use a combo box a regular application and do the same thing as above it runs fine. I am not sure how to fix it =\. But I just took a backup of the application source and copied and pasted the code I needed and left out the combo box.
