I don't like the idea of steam, having to download stuff, but with a fast connection it's nice. I went to a new computer, downloaded steam (0.5 meg), logged onto my account, and selected to install CS. About half an hour later I could join games. It should just be optional because of the problems with slow links.

Rainbow Six 3 shows the guns. Plus the bad guys / models are a helluva lot better looking.

And that's the first time I've seen Skywing make a funny :O

I like not seeing the gun, if there's a dickhead somewhere in there that are you aren't going to be like "omg where the hell was he?!!".

And I like ghost recon better. In Raven Shield they make you do the plan beforehand, in Ghost Recon you get to order the other guys around during the mission. And the missions are generally on a much larger scale. So having better looking models doesn't really matter too me.

You can order them in game too.

Point to an area on the screen and either PUSH A, hold A and select a command, or tell them a command through the microphone.

Yea, but you can't go to the map view and plan and re-plan an assult anywhere on the map. More control==better!

I don't think it's immediately lethal for footshots. I've survived hits from it (in 1.5, but I don't think they changed it).

Still it happens sometimes...I shot this guy in that area and he died instantly. And when you dont die instantly its pathetic, you got like 5 HP left.
