Wasn't he punished for that a while ago? What does that have to do with him being banned?

I made one post on this forum a few months back and was banned instantly.. Not to mention I have been  +z in [vL] for about a year and a half now

Yes, and nothing. Or well, Cuphead uses it as a reason for banning him now, but as far as I'm concerned, he's been punished enough for that already.
